Tokenized AI marketing agents on Base.
Users & job-to-be-done
Creators who want no-code marketing agents that publish and grow their brand, plus partners who need growth agents without standing up their own stack.
Problem
Running always-on marketing — content, distribution, engagement — still meant hiring a team or living in dashboards. Most creators could not ship an autonomous marketing agent and share in the upside.
Insight
Marketing agents become a real product when creation is no-code, distribution is native (Telegram/X/Farcaster), and monetization is automatic via tokenization + creator revenue share.
Bet
No-code marketing-agent builder, automatic Clanker tokenization, 0.4% creator fee, multi-surface publishing, then B2B growth agents for partners.
My role
PM: owned builder flow, marketing-agent positioning, tokenization integration, creator-revenue GTM and the TinyLabs integration story. Worked across eng, ecosystem partners and early B2B (Glanker Empire) with clear roadmap ownership.
Journey
- Create: no/low-code marketing agent builder
- Monetize: automatic Clanker tokenization + 0.4% creator fee
- Publish: autonomous content across Telegram, X, Farcaster
- Expand: B2B growth / marketing agents for partners
Architecture
- Event-driven agent runtime: RabbitMQ exchanges and cron schedulers publish to Farcaster, X and Telegram.
- Per-agent Clanker token deploy on Base, with on-chain creator-fee claims across Clanker contract versions.
- Claude content pipeline built from persona and prompt templates, with Redis caching and RPC failover.
Tradeoffs
- Marketing agents focused on content and distribution.
- Auto-tokenize and a simple 0.4% creator fee at creation.
- Sunset the consumer builder to double down on OpenClaw depth.
Validation
- Scale: 1,000+ marketing agents deployed and 1M+ autonomous content published.
- Creator economy proof: $150K+ creator revenue distributed to creators.
- B2B pilot (Oct 2025) as a second segment test for growth agents.
Outcome
North star: Creators who deploy a marketing agent and earn from its loop
1,000+ marketing agents, 1M+ autonomous content, and $150K+ creator revenue distributed — then an intentional sunset to refocus on deeper OpenClaw agent skills.
Learning
Marketing-agent distribution and creator revenue mechanics worked, but the consumer builder was not the long-term wedge. Sunset was a PM call: keep what worked (autonomous content loops, fee/revenue share intuition, multi-surface GTM), stop pouring into a local maximum, and reinvest in OpenClaw-depth tooling. Shipping includes knowing when to stop.
Skills & know-how
What this proves: that I can scale a consumer marketing-agent product with real creator revenue ($150K+ paid out), multi-surface distribution, and still make the disciplined call to sunset when the roadmap should move.
