B20 screener — live volume board01 / 05

A B20 token launchpad + screener on Base.

Users & job-to-be-done

Creators who want a clear B20 launch path, and traders who need a fast browse → evaluate → buy loop on Base.

Problem

Base's B20 launches were hard to navigate: creators faced a dense deploy surface, and traders had no clean place to discover, inspect and trade new tokens in one flow.

Insight

Launch and discovery should feel like one product — not a contract form on one site and a chart on another. A guided deploy path lowers creator friction without hiding the real on-chain knobs.

Bet

Ship a single B20 launchpad + screener: deploy a token, configure launch/MEV/compliance controls, list it, and give traders a live market board with detail + buy.

My role

Solo builder with full ownership — product, UX, frontend and smart contracts end to end. Used AI to accelerate research, PRD-style specs and UI iteration while keeping final product calls and contract risk on me.

Journey

  1. Discover: volume / trending board on the B20 screener
  2. Evaluate: token detail — chart, attributes, swaps, holders
  3. Transact: buy/sell or deploy (basic → advanced config)
  4. Post-launch: live listing, creator fee share, ongoing market activity

Architecture

  • Event-sourced Go indexer rebuilds B20 compliance state from on-chain events, with reorg-safe, idempotent folds.
  • One-tx launch: Uniswap v4 pool, locked LP, pluggable anti-sniper modules, vault and airdrop extensions.
  • AI-run adversarial security audit (six skeptic agents): every verified High and Medium finding fixed.

Tradeoffs

  • Guided basic→advanced deploy over a bare contract form.
  • MEV guards built into launch, not bolted on later.
  • Skipped trust scores and template marketplaces to protect the funnel.

Validation

  • Dogfooded the full creator path: identity → pair → basic/advanced config → deploy preview.
  • Trader path checked as a real funnel: board → token detail (chart + attributes) → buy.
  • Prioritized controls that show up on-chain (locks, taxes, compliance) over vanity UI metrics.

Outcome

North star: Successful B20 launches that complete the browse → detail → buy loop

A live B20 launchpad + screener where creators configure and ship launches, and traders discover and trade from the same product surface — with MEV-aware defaults baked into deploy.

Skills & know-how

E2E ownership
Product, UX, FE and contracts.
Transactional UX
Browse → detail → buy/deploy.
Smart contracts
B20 launch + on-chain controls.
MEV-aware design
Sniper tax and launch guards.
Prioritization
Cut scores/templates; keep the funnel.

What this proves: that I can own a transactional crypto product end to end — discovery, deploy, buy path and adversarial launch constraints — and kill scope (scores, template sprawl) when it does not serve the funnel.
